See my recommendations.
Error/Problem:Sorry, you appear to be behind a firewall and currently unable to use the Yahoo! Webcam service..
Resolution:1) Go to Start Button2) Control Panel3) Windows FIrewall4) Off – Turn it Off
If that fails, try this:1) Go to Messenger menu (of YM)2) Preferences3) Connections4) Select No Proxies
